Sorry, but could you help a neophyte navigate a simple recording and exporting procedure. I'm on MAC 10.4, MacBook Pro.

After connecting the ION turntable--and, well, I'm psyched. Have I got albums!--I have set preferences and recored a new stereo track: Steely Dan's "Black Cow."

Now, it's in a format on my desk top. Do I need some other exporting software?

I'd appreciate any advice from the other coast--
